Rabbit Moon Cottage is 2,360 square feet and sleeps 6 - 8 people.

Smoke-free home - If you smoke in the house, you forfeit the entire $250 security deposit.

Small pets allowed

Children welcome - with $50 deposit for each child under 18.

Please note that because the house is near the  top of a mountain  the road is a bit steep and narrow in places.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Rental Rates (North Carolina sales tax is 10%)

April to December: $160/night / $1000/week / $3500/month

Rates are slightly lower from January to March

Longer term rental rates are also available

$65 Departure/Cleaning Fee

We require a $250 security deposit

Full payment is due 30  days prior to check-in

We accept payment in cash, personal check or money order

Cancellation policy: 100% refund up to 30 days prior to check-in

Arrival time: after 3:00 p.m.

Departure time: prior to 11:00 a.m.
