Guess Vinci's breed Guess My Breed

We know Vinci is a terrier, but not much else. He didn’t come with a birth certificate.

So if you have any ideas about what he might be, tell us.

Vinci has high energy, smarts and lots of personality. Big dog, bring it on! Vinci doesn’t know he’s little and willing to take on all comers.

Before his ruptured disc, he was extremely fast. Vinci could fly off a deck and outrun anyone (cheetahs not included.) He was an athlete. A neighbor called him “the levitator.” To peek in her back-door window, he simply leapt straight up and took a look.

He stands about one foot tall, with a long body. His champagne-blond fur is curly, soft and silky, with no undercoat.

Vinci has dark brown almond eyes, a pointed nose, and a beard and mustache. His ears are Ewok-like – a little floppy and big for his size. His tail, about six inches long, looks a bit like a feather duster and loves to wag.

Since we’ve had Vinci, here is what friends have speculated about his possible heritage (click on the breed to see a photo):

Cairn Terrier

Rough coated Jack Russell

Westie

Silky terrier

Those hairless chihuahuas with hair, you know? (Ahh, no) (Webmaster's plea: does anyone have a photo of these pooches or for the poo-chi mentioned below?)

Chihuahua-poodle mix. Would that be a chi-poo? Or poo-chi?
