Not quite open yet — here's the plan
LocalRoutes is a new community careers hub for South Holland & The Deepings. The first thing we're building is a jobs board for young people taking their first steps into work — the Saturday jobs, first full-time roles and apprenticeships that so often get advertised nowhere at all.
We're talking to businesses across the area right now. When we launch, every business will be able to advertise their early-careers vacancies here at no cost — because helping young people find their first opportunity shouldn't be behind a paywall.
